We want to simplify work.
We live in the happy medium between Chaos and Bureaucracy, and we invite you over.
Work is a big part of our lives. No need to make it overly complex or straight out frustrating. We believe in bringing that peace of mind by introducing simplicity and get rid of that stress on all levels.

Our mission
What is an organization if not organized?
We can bring you simplifications that will increase efficiencies and employee satisfaction. We believe this comes in three different flavors.
Structure
Things need to be repeatable and sustainable. This is where structure comes in, the foundation everyone can rely on. The enabler. We can assess your current structure and make a strategic plan on how to change it up for the best of both the business and the people.
Process
The process tells people how to do their work. This works to a certain extent, unfortunately not everyone is built the same. We all have different strengths and weaknesses, it’s important for the process to not only work for the business, but also for the people. Allow us to help you out here via our personalized workshops.
Leadership
Leadership plays a crucial role. They are the ones to keep on course, and not deviate back into the old habits of Chaos or Bureaucracy. We offer coaching to help leaders be their best selves, where through interactive sessions we will figure out what the unspoken business needs are and how you can best implement them, while taking great care of your people.
